Our History
Arcus was founded by attorneys formerly practicing at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, one of the preeminent law firms in the world. We noticed that clients frequently had matters that required highly sophisticated technology counsel but where the costs of engaging such counsel were prohibitively high for the nature of the matter.
Arcus leverages the skill and expertise that its lead attorneys obtained from working on legal matters for some of the largest and most recognizable technology companies in the world, including Amazon.com, Walmart, HP, Intel and others, and combines that with the responsiveness, individualized attention, focus, and cost-efficiency of a boutique law firm.
